This award highlights Suess\u2019 \u201cextraordinary contributions to EMS education and his unwavering dedication to preparing the next generation of emergency medical professionals.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Innovating the classroom experience<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>As a full-time emergency medical technician instructor at NWTC, Suess prioritizes student engagement and success by incorporating hands-on practice, educational games, and online tools. These methods help prepare students for the demanding field of emergency medical services.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Suess has also played a pivotal role in developing new CPR instructors, mentoring struggling students, and implementing advanced teaching strategies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A leader in the EMS community<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Suess\u2019 impact on the EMS community reaches far beyond the classroom. His work extends to the state level, where he contributes to curriculum development, ensuring EMS education in Wisconsin remains current and effective.
